front wheels not engaging
The front wheels on my 99 grand cherokee are not engaging. The front
axle is turning in 4-wheel all the time and 4-w low. Is there module or
some thing else I should be looking for.

Front drive shaft always turns when the wheels do. Need more info. In 4ft if you have a 242 TC most of the power goes to the rear, unless the rear is sliping.
