Default Front bumper installed

Just installed a new front bumper but looking for some advice on getting rid of the overhang left to make it look a little cleaner. Any advice or tips is appreciated.

cut it...oh and if you're vacuum ball is still inside of it, and i'm not speaking from experience or anything, make sure you take it out before you start hacking away...just sayin haha, luckily it wasnt my football that got ripped in half
