Front bumper/bush guard search

I'm interested in getting a front bumper/bush guard that I have seen in a photo but having no luck identifying and locating a dealer for such.

it's the ARB front bumper. They may have changed the look of it just a tad but if I'm correct, they still sell em.

Would anyone know where to get those rocker panels as shown in the photo?

looks like the bottom is just painted black with a red pin stripe.

If you look closely at the end of the rocker panel towards the rear fender flare, looks like an end cap?

I wonder if that end cap looking piece is part of the fender flare? I have a set of the pictured flares on their way. I will be able to check at that time they come in.
