Default found a set of 39s for cheap

I've got full width Dana 44 and Ford 9in both locked on my Cherokee. I currently am saving for tires and was going to get 37s but this set of 39.5 tsls popped up for 400. They look in good shape but I need to get the correct rims. I'm wondering if I should buy these for the time being and wheel real lightly. Should I buy them or save the hassle of broken parts?

If you're easy the front axle will hold them, 9" should be fine. If they are for a 16.5" rim skip them unless you can get a cheap set of beadlocks because the lip on those is small and likes to pop off.

I got em for 250 almost bald but the lugs are still good and they'll last me 6 months of so to save for a nice set. I measured them and they are 37s

You can always groove them. My spare was slick in the middle and I cut a good 1/4" in it before I got to the cords. If they are bias you can get away with a decent bit with a hot knife.

I babied my xj on 38s and my built to **** front 44 pretty much began falling apart. I had more fun with 35s and being able to actually beat on it (though stuff still broke then)
