Hard to keep the fog lights low (where they are most effective) when all we want to do is lift our jeeps.
The fog lights do help penetrate the din to warn oncoming traffic.
I run the cheapest fog lights (Blazer plastic bodied $36 pair) on the bumper and don't get overly upset when they get broken by tree branches, stones, wildlife, etc.

That's where I was a little unsure about. I am not sure which ones I would like better. Or would work better for me.

I think I would have to pass on those, anything that does it all usually does nothing well and the price should tell you something about them.

I use the Hella's not an LED but work very well for a "Fog Light" not a do all end all in one light.

If I could buy those LED's here from Amazon for under $30 they'd be worth a try.

I actually bought a pair of these to try them out and they aren't bad. They were better than the cheap walmart lights and were even better than the factory headlights. But they aren't very concentrated and just scattered the light. It's a very even pattern I guess you could call it. I'm actually look at picking up the cheap 1 row led bar from amazon or ebay just to hook up as a reverse light on my comanche. Can't see anything at night with a topper with tinted windows.

The price is low but I did alot of research on them. And reviews on amazon even a guy that has a xj said they work amazing. And they have a 50000 hour life span. But I will check out the hellas. I wanted led cause they dont break as easy.

Yeah I need brighter reverse lights to I cant see anything. Tinted windows and all. Probably gonna do the led reverse bulbs.

http://www.digidiodes.com

http://www.ohvlights.com

Both of these sites seem to have good prices and good products. I plan on buying pods from either one of them (not sure which.)
