Default fender flares

I was wondering if any knows of a template or how I could trim my fenders????? Oya I don't want to by fender flares yet...or if iam going to at all...not sure anyone got any input??????

Thanks...I searched I couldn't find any very good to tell u how far up and what kind of arch

Take a close look at the rear before doing it. The pinch weld is right there and cutting into it will require sealing it up. And I thing it's a bu of a structural thing too...
The front is up to you. Either. It the inner fender back or just remove it. You'll notice you've got a lot of room to trim. Tape off your lines so you can get the look just right. Then with the metal snips cut right up to the tape so you make little tabs. These you grab with pliers or vice grips and bend over. Use a mallet for banging out roughness.

http://alum.wpi.edu/~kastein/NAXJA/Front1.pdf this is what i had in my build thread its the same outline i used. I think this is just the front I should have the write up for the back saved on my computer somewhere let me know if you need it and I will look for it.

Nice that came out great...yes please can you find the rear as well I am going to do it to my fenders....thanks

Hey I just sent the pdf. Im running a 4.5" rough country short arm lift on 33x12.50r15 KM2's with I think 3.75 backspacing.

Stock rims have 5.5 back spacing I believe.

You can trim and tack on TJ flares, cheap and easy.

Look up BUSHWACKER site, they have the instructions on how to do it. And then add their flat flairs later.

I read their instructions for cutting the rear and thought it was terrible. They have you hack the hell out of the rear instead of just the good old cut and fold
