I couldn't be happier with my magnaflow. Not to loud, but sounds great. Got it in the vendor section from Mudfrog. I believe the title of the tread is "New Exhaust Kits" or something

Check this Tread!

I run Rusty's Flowmaster 40 system. Very durable in the ROCKS!!
It was VERY loud on my '88 with no Cat
Sounds much quieter on my '99 with a Cat.
My son runs the Dynomax on his '91 with a Cat and its a little throatier than Stock.
Do you run a converter or strait pipe? Makes a big difference!

Make sure you have no emissions inspection in your locality!
'96 and above are OBDII and unless you get an O2 simulator for the rear O2 you'll get a check engine lamp lit up!

Was thinking of doing straight pipe on my g/f's 96. Was just gonna thread the new piece and run the o2 sensor in that. Would that work?

I found O2 simulators on line a couple years ago for $40-$50. They are not leagal for street use.

Tampering with the catalytic coverter is a federal crime, not just a local issue. Just leave the damn thing alone and nobody gets hurt.

Well, yea,if ya wanna do it the easy way. We're Jeep owners though,we do it the hard way by nature. Its in our blood. Lol. Seriously though,Summit is only like a half hour from where I live so I'll probably just put some pennies back and take a trip up there for a cat and maybe a good series 40. Been seeing alot of good comments about them on here.

To remind everyone before a mod closes this thread: It is a violation of federal law to remove a cat or alter one, my point being it is also against forum rules to discuss illegal activity.
