well not everyone is gonna blow smoke up his *** and tell him they love it...you should know when you post something up your gonna get some good responses and bad responses based on opinion personally i think it was a waste of money but there's prolly a million others guys out there that disagree it's just that simple...and you dont need a custom fab shop to weld up and hang an exhaust setup most guys on here work in there own garages or backyards

what i did to compensate for not having a bender is miter cuttin the pipe at angles. it worked quite well. I used the center of a 88 cherokee exhaust because of the split at the cat because my 94 was one piece front to back. hated it! also it was a 3 1/2" catback when it was done. lil bit over kill but dam it was mean! I'm also gonna do a angle side stack on my chopped 89 crawler.

you want more flow for sound, not backpressure, that stuff decreases volumetric efficiency

As long as you like it and feel it was worth it, then that's all that matters.

Just makes me think of all the practical things you could have spent $350 on. I just threw a flowmaster in place of the stock muff on my Jeep and it sounds great. Didn't even spend anything on it either, cause I cut it off my old Jeep. My Jeep isn't for looking good though, it's for getting through stuff. Although, I still think that makes it look damn good.

I'm running duals on my XJ! I installed a Flowmaster 40 with a single inlet/dual outlet back in october. My auto shop teacher helped me with the project and we routed one of the pipes around the gas tank and the other pipe went straight out. We welded it all up so it was done the right way too! I love the sound and I get tons of compliments including questions like "that's a V8 right?". Worth the money, and the work in my opinion.

You should really be more careful with your words. I very much appreciate the the spirit of doing something different on a vehicle, but not when its solely for looks and has no appreciable function beyond that.

Thats nothing more than a Duel outlet exhaust. Its still a single pipe going from the manifold to the muffler.

Ok...so youre the exception I guess. All I'm saying is that just because it's a jeep doesn't mean it has to be cookie cutter. These guys are being a little harsh on him, and he's obviously excited for this mod and it sounds/looks nice....Jesus...anyhow I'm done with this conversation...oh btw this is my OPINION...
