You're doing twice as good as I am. 11.5 city, 16 highway.

 

I can do 22 if I REALLY baby it.

That said : 17.5 consistently.

 

My best, 100% around town, average over 75 miles ! The key isn't accelerating slow, key is to maintain maximum speed and low rpms as much as possible.

 

19 with a GPS on a stock 2001 with auto and regular maintenance in the winter on the highway. Hoping for 20 in the summer. I figure 25 must be downhill with the clutch in with a five speed and dreaming. BTW, I got a true 102 mpg with a four-stroke scooter at 55, the new four-stroke 150 LML's do 110 mpg. It's a waste of time to talk about mileage with a jeep. Take a bus if you're concerned : )

 

Do you do the math to figure your mileage also? Those things are never right.
