Who all has a daily driver on 33"s. I just bought some that I got a good deal on and am wondering who all has them. I got Dunlop mud rovers.

You know that you might have to do some trimming.

Already done, my pics are old and my jeep looks nothing like what it does in them. I just need to get rims and see how much more I need to trim in the front.

Mine is not a DD because I have a company vehicle for the daily commute and 3 other vehicles to choose from for personal use. I have it sitting on 33 inch Dunlop Mud Rovers and man those things sing on the highway. My brother says he can hear me coming down the road long before I reach his house.

33" are good on the road. As long as your axles, tranny, and transfer case are in good working condition. You'll be fine. My jeep was on 33" and the ride good. Mine were BFG mud terrains

I was under the impression that the dunlop were kind of quiet. I also read that they wear really good and last long.

Well I have never had mine professionally alligned after lifting it because it still runs straight and the tires are straight with the body. So I could have a slight uneven wear pattern that causes the extra noise, but have not noticed any cupping or excessive tread wear.

yup thats what mine are 33'' bfg mud terrains, and its fine as long as you have an automatic, if you have a stick then you absolutely need to regear

I had 33's without regearing, and the gas mileage was pretty bad. But I was commuting 60 miles a day also. If you havn't regeared yet and you drive alot daily you might want to regear next.

I DD 33's and drive about 60 miles a day also. I don't take the highway but I've seen people DD 35's. I plan on re-gearing soon, i'm a tank.
