3rd Gen Dodge Viper seats:
The seats are perfect for an offroad rig! They have carpet on the back for durability... and velcro patches:
Modified center dash panel [WJ/TJ/LJ RB1 Nav radio / Wizard_pc 6 switch panel / NSG-370 6spd]
Switches below the shifter for easy access [Driving lights / Front locker / Rear locker]:

I have the same cb radio setup in the same location, did you just drill into the radio to attach your mic holder? do i need to worry about hitting any critical electronics? or do you think i could just drill in the general area you did?

To answer your question, though, the mic holder that came with the radio is designed so that you remove the screws on the side of the radio and use those to screw the mic holder on to the side of the radio. No drilling.

In short though, they aren't a direct swap by any means but doable over a weekend. I payed $500 on ebay for this set of seats out of a wrecked Viper. These steps are for a 97-01.
First I ground off the factory brackets (5-7 steel rivets per side):
I then made some adapter brackets out of some 3/8" or 1/4" steel (I dont remember exactly):
All bolted up:
The front of the seats were too high so I cut the front legs down 1"
Then welded them together and painted:
I modified the factory seat trim to hide the tracks and make them look more factory:
