Depending on what year and model you're asking about... For a '96 XJ your new radiator should've had a small nozzle just below where the cap screws on. That's where the hose connects to the radiator so it can move the coolant between the radiator and the reservoir tank.
See the top left, that little piece of plastic sticking out from just below the top of the radiator filling neck? That's where the hose attaches to.

Had to get a new radiator for my jeep but there is no radiator cap on it.. So were do i connect the. Reservoir recover tank hose too???

I figured it out there is a difference in radiators, there are open looped radiators and closed looped the closed looped reservoir tank holds pressure the open loop doesnt and the closed looped radiators dont have a radiator cap at all so u have to fill it through the reservoir tank so i went and boight an open looped
