That takes the cake. I thought the lazy bum who posted a total of 5 words was the worst, but you have outdone him.
Here's a clue: There are no mind readers on this forum. If you want people to donate their time and expertise to help you, get off your lazy butt and tell us what the problem is, what vehicle you are talking about, and what you have already done to try to solve the problem yourself.

"Chirp in pulley. Help."
Thats easy. Replace it.
Like said. Remove the belt and check each pulley by hand. Any rough spots? Does it sound dry? Should be smooth and spin freely. If you have ac, the clutch could have rust build up in the gap. Check the rubber ring in the balancer for wear. If/when that ring fails, the outer hub can slide forward and fly off, or back and into the timing cover, chewing thru the case. it could even be the belt being too loose, or too tight. A dirty pulley can allow the belt to slide over it, making noise. over time bits of rubber can come off the belt and get burnished onto the pulley. pulleys must be clean, along with the belt. An old belt is tightened to 160-180 lb-ft. A new belt is in the 180-200 range. I use a Gates 91132 tension gauge. Also, a worn distributor can be mistaken for a bad pulley.
