So I started a thread some while ago, but I kinda forgot about it. I was asking about roll on bed-liners and I finally have it done.
So, I sunk my heep in a mud-hole as you can see I had water coming in through the windows.

I gutted the interior and started grinding away. I had quite a bit of surface rust so I went down to bare metal.

After finding some pretty bad holes right behind were the cross brace is under the rear seat I decided to do only the front part for now since I don't plan on putting the back seat in after I'm done.

So finally, two weeks later ( starting a business takes away ALOT of time ) I get around to applying the gooey rubber. One suggestion: WEAR GLOVES!!! That stuff is a pain to get off. Acetone works well, but you literally have to soak your skin so I would definitely recommend the gloves.

Check out my temporary seat!
So I decided to cover the bottom door-rails as well, and then had the GREAT idea to cover my flares. Makes it look so tough I will actually coat the exterior up to the line on my quarter panels all around. Came out about 1/8" thick after two heavy coats. Used a whole gallon of this stuff.

Gotta get another gallon haha. The only problem I had was while I had the Jeep parked across the street so I could unload my truck somebody threw a rock through one of my back side windows.

Wow, except for the OP, seems you guys have a cross brace for the front seats. My Cherokee doesn't and when I did my interior a few weeks ago, there were 2 tiny rust-through holes where the seat bolts are. I guess the power seats don't come with that brace. But the metal is stressed right there ...

Nice work OP. Sorry about your window. Ive done my exterior in that stuff but my interior is still in really good shape. Mabe one day I'll do the inside when I tear it up from some good wheeling.
