thanks just picked up a 4' fs4 firestick and love it also made a mount that looks like the one from motion offroad so everything worked out great thanks guys

 

Good work. looks like it belongs there.

When I mounted mine at the time I said higher was better.
And I do get very good receives and output. I put a spring on it so it wont ever break off.

i got the drivers side mount on mine with a 4 foot firestik, does anybody have the flexible one? i saw it as soon as i bought mine, i was like crap i wish i would have seen that first

 

Nice work, and a good thought and well executed, except that it ground-planes across the vehicle in the shortest path instead of a longer path like fore-aft.

 

would anybody be able to post up how they made the mount that goes above your tail light? i am interested in making one but now sure how to go about it

 

Fleming how's that mag mount working out for you? Does it topple over fairly easy when it touches something?
