Default Caution Welders/mechanics

-To all those on here who work on there cars using torches and or welders on their vehicles and use some sort of Brake Cleaner read this article it could save your life...

It was not known to me but was brought to my attention by ktmracer on facebook but this guy actually passed away shortly after writing this...and I think it should be stickied

Definitely good to know. Thanks for sharing that.

For the record, I believe his death is an urban legend. From what I can tell, Steve "BREWDude" Garn is still alive and kicking... and answering questions on his facebook fan page as of a few days ago (that article was published in August 2009).

Yes, it pays to read the warning labels. And the MSDS sheets in the work environment.

Sounds like they should really put a warning ALOT bigger on the brake cleaner can!
