Default Bushwacker Flat Fender Flares Durability

Does anyone have any experience with Bushwacker Flat Fender Flares? I like the way they look, but I have heard they are not very durable, does anyone have any advise on this.

i have a set on my rig. i haven't bashed them into anything but from putting them on etc they look pretty durable. the way they are shaped if they get hit from the side it looks like it would transmit the impact to the fender itself. They are thin and have a very small profile. With that said they don't seem they are designed to flex.

Advise is don't bash them on stuff! Jk. I know its so tuff to do but does any flare hold up if getting hit on trees and rocks? I have BW cutouts, and if I don't pick the right line then im throwing$ away. Just saying.

i don't think they cut out enough metal to be worthwhile because of the mounting cleats below the flare it looks like more is cut than there really is. (unless you're just doing it for the look)

I installed them on mine a couple of weeks ago and it opened it up quite a bit. Enough to fit 33's with no problem. You do use the upper factory mounting holes but you cut the hell out of the sides which is really all that matters unless your wheels are too wide to tuck inside the wells. But if your state laws don't require flares then spend your money somewhere else for now.
