Default Bored out throttle body review

Been reading up on boring throttle bodies and I had a extra one laying around and with my resources at work a friend said he would do it for free. As I read online stock bore is 60mm at the top and 53mm at the bottom. Theres a hump I guess robs some power so he took it out but he ran into a tad problem. He ate threw bits and had to go 63mm at the bottom. No biggie.

So I took some Sand paper (polishing) an smoothed everything out inside and polished it so a chrome shine. I tore the whole thing apart cleans it and put it all back together.

Today I did the install. Whoah what a difference!!! Smoother throttle better accel and she idles little high but super steady.

Cool thing now you mash the gas she whistles to haha.
Here's some pics.

Very cool!

Wish I could easily do this. Us Renix guys have a tough time.

I'll be doing this to my wifes TJ eventually.
