well im redoing my plastic from faded grey to gloss black. im doing the door trim and the bumper ends.

so far it looks damn good. but does anyone know how to get the gunk off of the doors without scratching my paint?

will get pics up in a few

The gray tape grunge? You can roll it off with your thumb, but it will get sore and blister after a while.

there's a trick to that without pulling them off and painting them.... use a heat gun and they turn back to black.

used a propane torch on mine... lol, don't let it get too close though.

I used goo gone. You still have roll it with your thumb, but it doesn't hurt. I put it on and let it soak in for a while.

ill try that i got a s**t ton around here
and as for the blow torch/heat gun/hair dryer
i dont know anyone who has either of those. gma wears a wig gf doesnt use em and mom never does her hair for anything haha
but its already done so im happy have pics up tomarrow
