Grabbers are about $100 less at my local tire place.

have had experience with bfg at's but now looking at the general grabber??

anyone have the grabbers?? how are they on and off road?

which one would you choose?

 

BFG, because I own their MT's and they seem to be long wearing.
But if anyone knows if generals are just as long wearing, I'd go with cheaper.
Also the grabbers are a MT right? gonna get more traction than with a AT.
But AT is better for DDD (daily driver duty)
$100 less?! what sizes are you using for comparison?

I see the "grabber" comes in both AT and MT
Go with cheaper if your gonna just get AT's just my 2c

 

i am looking at the general grabber at2's

my local tire place which has the lowest prices near me has the bfg's at $200 a piece and the general's at $175

and these are 31" tires

I would do that but it costs $85 to ship then I have to pay to mount and balance them somewhere

I would go with the generals, then you can review 'em for us...hehe

i have never seen the grabbers before so i have to give my vote to bfg's. they work great for me and everyone else i have ever wheeled with. (i mean everyone i wheel with)

 

I have the bfg a/t's in 31's and i love them... when u go off roading let a little pis out and they will ***king go anywhere...but when i go 2 get some new tires i am going with tha bada** bfg km2

 

My buddy runs General MT's and he can go prety good, their no Super Swamper but they have good road manners and I might buy me a pair when my Swampers go bad

 

I have the Grabber AT2's in 31 inch. Love em! Good tires!

 

just what i want to hear especially since u have 3 inch lift as well. do you experience any rubbing during flex? nothing harcore just light wheeling

 

I had the General AT2's and loved them 265/75r15 on 3" and 5" of lift. great miles, loved the rocks and good on the snow.

rocks will chunk them up pretty good. But I loved mine!!! and cheaper than BFG's too

 

BFG A/Ts will last 50,000 miles or more if you keep rotating them every 6,000 miles and keep them properly inflated. They're good on everything except for mud, which is the only drawback. They have great road manners, and don't hum very loud at all.
