You can also do a thorough inspection of components, like ball joints, hoses, belt, brakes, etc., and start making a list of what needs attention when you do have money. You can also do a good thorough detail, wash, wax, interior clean, carpet cleaning, etc....just like a house, there is NEVER a shortage of jeep chores, LOL

Refreshing grounds and connectors is free (almost free if you don't have contact cleaner or some electrical grease). Can take things apart and clean them, like CCV bits or the starter.

You can deep clean the engine bay. You can decarbonize the inside of your engine for free with simple water...

You clean the throttle body and intake air control stepper motor.

Clean the battery terminals. Check and/or clean the grounding points of the wiring in the engine bay; starter cable, negative ground strap from the battery, strap from firewall to the block, there are more...

Check vacuum hoses and make sure they are dried out and brittle. Make sure they are not clogged. Make sure they aren't leaky.

Detail the interior; vacuum, scrub the insides of the windows, scrub the trim parts, scrub the dashboard...

Tons of stuff to keep you busy without spending much $.

Might be a good time to remove the front seats and clean the carpets then the seats while they are out, makes it easy that way.

Lots of good ideas already posted.
