Default Backspacing and Rearspacing

Buying some soft 8's and it says
Soft 8 397 Series Wheel
Finish: Black
Size: 15'' x 8''
Bolt Circle: 5 x 4-1/2''
Rear Spacing: 4''

is the rear spacing the same as backspacing or should I order from another site that says backspacing? And would I rub with 33x12.5 tires.

Yes they are the same. And what are you taking about rubbing on? LCA's or fender flares?

Where you ordering them from? Summitracing.com has the cheapest ive seen on Cragar Soft 8's. and only about 10 or 11 bucks for shipping.

Heres a link - http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CRR-3975812/

Those are 35x14.50 boggers on 15x10 with 3 5/8 backspacing Mickey Thompson Classic II's.. I like the stance, but where we ride, my Nissan and other Toyotas have tight fits, and my XJ looks like it has full size running gears under it compared to my Nissan. So im changing wheels, backspacing to narrow it up some.
