Backseat armrest as speaker location?

Backseat armrest as speaker location?
I have a 98 2 dr and I run with the back seat out for the cargo space.. I was out in the garage last night and was looking at the back seat area and the cheesy side arm rests molded into the plastic on either side... Anyone ever think of using the space to mod in some 6x9 speakers?
