From the manual truck youll need;
trans and t-case (of course)
clutch and flywheel (MAKE SURE TO USE THE MANUAL FLYWHEEL BOLTS, THEY ARE LONGER THAN THEIR AUTO COUNTERPARTS)
pilot beraing for YOUR year motor
front and rear drive shafts (manual tranny is over all about 2in shorter than the auto, thus changing lengths of the shafts)
manual pedal assy.
master and slave cylinders
dont need the manual computer, there is a write-up somewhere that shows how to trick the auto computer and how to wire reverse lights

I believe thats it.

I went through similar except pedal swapping going from BA10 to AX15.
I learned as I put it together.

not sure. all I know is that I was certainly abusing it and I felt it drop
then a flame came out the driver side of the hood near the windshield
the assumption was the clutch got way too hot and burnt up and caught onto the gobs of fluid leaked all over my engine

Sounds like you already had a fire going and it melted the clutch hose.
Causing the clutch drop.
