I'm having 1 heck of a time getting my parts for my lift. Going on 3 months and still no leaf springs.... I got my coils in a bout a month though.

 

Yep! Plenty of "in stock" items. I did have to cancel an order for some Rubicon Express parts (steering) but that's it.

I know RE leaf packs have been on backorder for a while. I'd bet money you are trying to get RE parts, aren't you?

 

Yeap. RE 3.5" Leaf packs. But get this... I called RE last week. or emailed actually, and they said they have had them in stock, AAANNNDDD they just got like 575 more in last Monday. So I don't know if I should blame quadratec or RE..... either way, I pissed off Quadratec customer support when I called them out on it and told them RE said they have literally hundreds in stock. She said "well who told you that, whats their name?" So I gave her the guys name I talked to at RE. She said they're not supposed to tell people how much stuff they have in stock. So they're trying to hide something?

 

I bought some stuff about 3 weeks ago, the small bits showed up right away (t-case drop, some bump stops) but the big items, namely my RE lift kit, and track bar show a ship date of october 10th. It was the first, so it's been pushed out.

The ONLY reason I haven't cancelled it and ordered it anywhere else is when I go to the other listed retailers, they show it out of stock on their websites.

I honestly don't know why they wouldn't ship the product if they had it. so I can only assume they are having problems getting the product in.

Probably because they'd rather sell them directly via Amazon, which has them in stock:

 

Quadratec has them on sale for $112, so I guess trying to save $136 for a set was only partially a good idea.

 

I reached out to RE about the stock of the lift kit I bought (which has those leaf springs in it). we'll see what they come back with.

 

I notice they (Quadratec) haven't been on here advertising since 2015. Maybe they lost the trust of people and pissed people off, so they just quit caring.... Who knows.......?????

I am sorry to say that our XJ and YJ kits got hit super hard due to unexpected circumstances. It looks like all parts will be in to ship complete around the middle of October.

Weird.... I wonder why the other guy I talked to said they have had them in stock the whole time and got another 575 in a couple weeks ago. Maybe that just means they are still sending them out, but they don't have enough for everyone that ordered them lately. What an awesome time to decide to order jeep parts hahahahah........

 

Anyone ordering from them lately? Any current issues with their shipping?
