frame mounts. those are just as, if not more, important then the structure of the bumper.

personally i like the look of the bumper design, although it does look like every other bumper i've seen on the bigger dodges and fords. but if your going for a hidden winch thats probably the design your gonna end up with unless you some how push your winch under/tucked under the grill area and get a more flush mount bumper. but then your loosing clearance. but it could be sweet looking.

Those wheels you designed from my opinion look alot like the old school WAGON train wheel the wood spoke ones. but nice touch on the round. be interesting to actually see it cut out to really make a up your mind

awesome work

yeah you get my point though. I know the difference between a bullet and a round! I am ex military myself. really i bet you could put enough of em and it would have enough support. or are you trying to keep the 5 point star shape like the military 5 point?

if he wants to stay military why doesnt he just use the hummer rim?

Anyways looks sweet anyways, awesome job

i tried with 7 and 9 rounds, it just doesn't get the look that i would want. and then you gotta increase the hub section radius for more support. i should have those designs on my old laptop. if i find them, i'll post it. and if anybody wants it, i can send the NC codes and setup sheet. it's ready to be cut on any 3 axis 10000 rpm mill.
and why the heck would i want a hummer rim?
