what do u think of the functionality. it should stick out on the side as far as the bushwacker flares and the winch sits inside the bumper, you have to bolt the winch in before you install the bumper. that way it's hidden and harder to steal.

Maybe trim it up a lil on the bottom going towards the tires. I'm sure it probably needs to be bulky in the middle, with the winch mounting inside of it.

How tall is it. I like to keep mine from 4-6" tall to keep a good approach angle. Its a vary nice looking bumper both of them and it all depends on what your purpose is. I would like the look of the first one but without a winch in it for my DD and GF wheeler. Its no punk on 36s lol. But for my trail rig I wouldn't run any of them. It has one task to be as functional as it can with the money I have. So what is its life going to be like?

i'm trying to design it for aesthetics as well as functionality. it's 12" tall. it has to be tall for the winch to have play room. there's way too much theft going on these days, so i'm trying to make the winch hard to steal.

the work has CNC laser. but my buddy works at the local waterjet shop. i gotta see which one is cheaper. i'm gonna get 3 sets cut. and if anybody else wants it, i can have extra sets cut and shipped for you to weld for yourself. that way it will leave room for adjusting it to your needs.
