What is a boces? There's nothing wrong with aluminum rims, tightening lug nuts makes a world of difference. Never trust anybody to tighten your lug nuts, especially a tire shop. I could watch somebody torque all my lug nuts and you bet your *** I'm gonna go do it myself as soon as they're done.

I've done it many times on quad rims but they're much thinner. Every time I've seen an aluminum rim on a vehicle bend it cracks if not loses a whole chunk. Except for lightweight drag wheels, I've seen them bend but wouldn't try bending them back.
