No. Lift doesn't have anything to do with mpg's. All it does is increase drag (barely at that). It's the size/tread of your tires.

Im looking at the zone add a leaf, I wont be doing much offroading, so the dealer said that add a leaf shouldnt sag on me with not flexing it.

Would this be all I would need? ( keep in mind im not gonna be hardcore wheeling just maybe an ocassional trail and ill be using 31" ll terrains ) thanks for all the help by the way.

The dealer will tell you anything to make the sale. AAL will sag over time even if it's just sitting in your driveway.Haha. I don't have any experience with zone lift but I'm sure there aal is the same as ever other lift company. If you aren't gonna wheel it I'm sure it will not sag as fast, so you have a few years.

But like I said earlier you will need to do something about your brakelines as well as your trackbar.

What does the track bar do?

Centers the axle under the body. Without one your axle will be pushed toward the driver side.

Again, I'd stay away from an AAL. If you're gonna do a 3", do a full spring pack. Even without off-roading, the AAL's sag quickly. A 3" will need either an adjustable track bar, or for it to relocated (simple drill and re-bolt). Any 3" kit should come with a brake line relocation bracket for the rear, and you can get new soft lines from a 95 YJ for the front.
