Is there any easy way to disable my 4wd linkage?

You want to disable your 4x4 lever functionality? Or remove your transfer case altogether?

The only way to do that is pretty easy. Just take a reciprocating saw, insert the blade to the base of the 4wd lever and cut it off.

What I'm basically saying is that my linkage is ****ed and it wants to think it's in like neutral and 4lo at the same time just trying to find out how to fix this or get it back in 2wd for the mean while

The linkage needs to be adjusted it sounds like look in your FSM its easy to do.
