be different with your own style of bumpers or paint color scheme, roof rack and other accessories
that's where you get to have all the fun you want
An XJ on 35's can out preform a lot of rigs its a very very good wheelbase and if you put some weight in the back and at least one locker you can keep up with some built trucks. I wheel with mostly JK's the 2 doors are too short and the 4 doors have to stuff 37's or 39's to preform like an XJ on 35's. Its easy to get carried away on wanting lots of lift. 4.56's will do fine for an auto and 35's.

4.56 will put you to stock overall ratio. 4.88 will give you a little more, and would be my recommendation. But for the love of god dont go over 6".
The only reason its "different" is because people know better than to do that.

Hey man if it was me (well this is what I'm going to do eventually) I'm gonna get a 6.5 long arm and 37s but that's down the road after axles. But I think you'd be happy either 4.5 and 35s or 6 and 35s Perfect setup both ways
