33's or 35's????
Ok that all mighty debate.
33's or 35's on a XJ.
Pro's, Con's
Whats your thought, idea's or feelings.
Is the difference in a 35" to a 33" worth the added effort?
I'm starting to make plans for next summers stage 3 build of my XJ. And that debate between 33's and 35's has came to light again.

I vote 35s. Youre prolly gonna go to 35s after you go with 33s. I did anyways lol...
If youre building it. Beef up the stuff needed now cuz it definately aint gonna hurt you on 31s now. Beef up the steering, trim more, and that stuff.

YA, I'm trimmed alot. Steering already beefed, all the CA's are aftermarket.
I'm running a HP D30 front and a D44 rear. Next step is gears and alloy shafts.
Than tire choice. size that is.

Do it once! Take it from me. I went with 4:10s to try to stay with 33s. Then I started really wheelin it. Needed 35s for a bigger footprint and stability on and offroad. Plus I got a smoking deal on em lol.
Im waiting to find the right deal on some 4:88 geared axles set up for an XJ.

The more I read for the kinda wheeling I do. And how I choice my lines. I'll leaning towards 33's with 4.56 gears and lockers..
I don't really seem to be getting much of a debate on the 33 or 35 thing.
