Alright well I did a little test video behind the shop. Nothing spectacular. I ain't no rock bouncer. I am very methodical about using the skinny pedal. But i will use it if I have to.

So just a warm up for Saturday.

Yea so far it's ok. I have a phenomenal amount of axle wrap. So i know I am losing torque there. It's from my leafs being unstrapped. But two years this way an no problems. I enjoy the droop it gives me. Always a trade off.

Ha, ha. Yea. It's retired from a daily. So now it's like if it breaks, it breaks.

Hell it looked good in that video to me that looks a lot like the areas that I wheel in where the forest trails have been washed out for years. I am not a big rock fan either as we have very few in this area so mine is really a trail rig.

Yea I like the rocks. But it's a lot of fun on forest trails. Things can go south in a hurry. The bottom can fall out, a tree can serious damage, etc.....

Hills can be scary also.

Some pix. Some great people we met up with on the trail. The 700 hp ultra 4 rig was simply awesome. We were able to make a climb that only a few rigs made all day. So they said we could hang with them. The ultra 4 guys was super cool. Always stopping to make sure we made it.

Big fail. Ha, ha. But that is ok. That huge rock bouncer couldn't make it either.

Faired a little better here. We just watched a nice v8 wrangler stretched with tons and 38's beadlocks, etc.... fail. So i thought I would give it a try.
2000 xj.:

After I made it the wrangler had to attempt it again. He made it. It was pretty sweet, he was pumped. Couple of nice guys. I have the vids of them but forgot to beam them from my buddies phone.
