2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive.
I have a 91 xj 2 wheel drive. Does anyone know if it's possible to just add the front end parts axle, transfer case, drive shaft etc. to make it 4x4? I know they are all built relatively the same. Just didn't know if it was that easy.

I'm not totally sure but I think I remember hearing on here somewhere that you also need a tranny from a 4x4 too because of how it mates up to the transfer case or something. But it's definitely doable.

just helping you out but you negate everything you said before "but" when you say "but"...its simple linguistics when using the word but in that manner it negates everything beforehand...
