So I ordered 4 rims from quadratec two days ago (amazingly fast shipping but im one state over) and one's center cap is way to big, and the box was opened up (the box came in a box, the box in a box was previously opened then taped back up). The other one is bent. No damage to the box's themselves. I found this out when I went to pepboys to get them mounted, now two of my tires are mounted on 31" AT2's and the other two arnt.

The box's say all the same.

 

PM a dude name named quadratec ..he can get u a deal he deals with them directly check the vendor section.

 

Dam that's a big failure I'm sure they will replace or even get ur money back

I didn't do that to complain. I'm not a whiner. It was just a mistake. It was to late to call quadratec last night.

I called and the customer service was AMAZING I have never had that great of customer service before, they were very polite and understanding. They are shipping out two new wheels, and then they are going to pick up the old ones.

I apologize If anyone thought that I posted this to complain, quadratec is an amazing website, and If you are remotely into jeeps you will very much enjoy it. Shipping is very fast, I got my wheels in two days of ordering it.
