I see un-wrecked XJ's with bit of rust on CL all the time for well under 1k. I'd say you'll get 500 or so for it as it sits. Nobody is gonna buy that to fix it up they are gonna buy it to strip it for parts or to make a trail beater out of it.

Like i said your better off parting it out yourself if your looking to get any decent cash out of it.
