Why sell it? pull out the dents, cut the fenders, add an exo cage, just for starters, a roll over is a great insperation to do major modifications, because now, you just dont care about the looks!!!

The cost of a cage depends on how advanced the design is, what size of tubing is used, and how much of the fab work you can do yourself.
If it was mine I would do the following:
Pull the fenders off
Pull the doors off and sell the good parts off of them
Starighten the windshield frame enough to install new glass
Gut the interior and sell the good parts
Install a mild cage on the inside
Install a 4.5 inch lift
Trim the rear fenders
Throw on some 33s and have a lot of fun

Depends on how aggressive you get with the saw. The rear fender well has pinch welds to hold the body panels together that will greatly reduce the overall strength of the Jeep if cut out. You can however trim just below the pinch welds and then do a cut and fold. Meaning you cut upwards into the sheet metal instead of along the circumference of the wheel well. Then fold the sheet metal up and tack weld it in place leaving the original pinch weld intact.

as big as you want.
but with stock axles, i'd only go as big as 35's. if you only have a d35 rear, don't go bigger than 33's.
go for a 5.5 inch lift. RE makes the nicest riding kit, and they're complete with everything you'll need.

The rails look fine,, like i said she drives straight.
I would love to have a toy only truck,,, but I really don't have the time.
that's the same reason i don,t want to part it out,,, time
right now some one could drive it away
so on that note lets here some numbers....
thanks for all your replies

nah part it out, why put that much work into it. that thing is totaled. either sell the parts or get the same year jeep so you have a ton of parts. did you see how torqued the unibody was? the drivers door frame was pinched and the front end was f'd. you cant straighten out a unibody frame like you can a real frame with frame straighteners. I mean you could do it but you would have to strip everything off the vehicle and start from scratch which might cost you more than a new used cherokee. cash for clumkers?
