Default 08 Rubicon wheels and tires

hey guys my buddy is getting rid of his 08 rubicon rims with stock 32in mud terrains,will these fit my 91 xj???

no, but you can get wheel adapters.

the rubicon wheels are 5 on 5, and your xj wheels are 5 on 4.5

^^^would they be safe for trail riding and wheeling? Nothing to crazy just dunking in holes etc.

Would the rim and tire combo hit my stock flares? And would they be safe for wheeling?

they're 32's, so you'd have to do a bit of a lift, maybe a bit of trimming. but the spacers are safe to use off road, mild or wild.

but i wouldn't spend too much on the rims and tires, the wheel spacers aren't really all that cheap.

you should be good with the spacers.. a couple months ago this was brought up, and i believe it was agreed that spacers are fine

I just bought a 99 cherokee with the same rim and tires. It rubs on the front corners a little bit with a 3.5" lift. The previous owner put the adapters on it and seems to work fine.

Another note I run the spacers 1 1/4 on my rubicon to space the tires out to keep from rubbing my control arms and have done some rought wheeling with them and no issues yet.
