Welded this at work the other day

1/2 tubing on 1/2 plate

TIG welded around then did the second pass with MIG welding

yeah slow down your hand and make little bigger weaves.

U also can preheat the pieces with torch too

compaired to a Lincoln or Hobart no but it will get the job done im pretty sure. It wasn't mine so I didn't get much time with it. Plus im not experienced enough to take serious either lol

like u said. U are trying to find one for cheap, and that's what HF is. Cheap but not good.

hey what do you guys think about this. any opinions http://westslope.craigslist.org/tls/4446987950.html

i guy at work just bought this today for $500. and wants to use it to build a dump trailer, and maby more. i think the lincoln will be a good old unit, but i dont know if the hobart wire feed unit is going to work good? i hope so. is this welder capable of running tig?
