Those welds don't look great. You asked. Doesn't look like you got great penetration. Will likely hold, but I wouldn't chance it. The toe on the plate is not uniform, almost looks like there is some roll over. The toe on the clevis has some undercut. I would suggest you grind that weld down some and run another pass over it. Looks like more heat and slower travel will burn it in better.

Although there is some present, I wouldn't say you have enough cold lap or undercut to call this weld un-sound. Not enough to grind it out and restart anyway, it will hold. But next time try shortening up the travel distance per weave if that makes sense.
So if this represents your weave....
Try this.
Shorter travel distance between weaves. Your actual travel speed looks fine, you need more weaves per inch. By doing this it will clean up the toe edges and get rid of that "saw tooth" look if you will.
I know my visual aids are crude but bear with me, I'm a pipe welder not an IT Tech. That's the best I could do.
The red lines represent the toe edge of the weld, black lines are the path of the electrode. By bringing the outer most points of the weave closer together it will smooth out the toes of the weld. Which in turn will give you a stronger, more appealing weld.

Like I said I don't think you should grind out and start over. I would be amazed if it didn't hold. Its not like they are pulling out a dump truck, but next time try this^

I don't know where my pictures went but here's the pics that were supposed to be in there. They are in order and numbered.
Edit: I don't know why my pictures aren't posting, I've never had this problem. Guess you'll have to use your imagination. Sorry I tried.

This most definitely welding related. The best metabo grinder video you'll ever watch.
