You know I couldn't really tell you how they go down the road yet, my rig went in my garage for a motor swap and it has turned in to a almost compleate rig rebuild and hasn't been on the road in in in man it's been so long I forgot how long ago it has been.

Not to sure what you got but it should be able to somewhat bend or curve but for me to get it to form better to the fender lines I used a heat gun.

I love this! I'm gonna try this tomorrow. I'll have to reinforce it too so it stays in the shape I want it to because I live in a hot a$$ desert. Really awesome idea.

Well this is the one I used and it looks like they are the same. If you look at mine you will see I cut the tube part in half not only because I thought it looked better but it did make it a little easier to work with then I had to use a heat gun to get it to shape the way I wanted it.

I used brake line and ran it inside the round part then just bent it to shape.
works pretty well

Nice idea with the brake line, looks like it will hold the shape good.

I'm sure a piece round bar stock or even a piece of rebar could be bent in the curve you want and stuck in the holes to keep the shape.

Brake lines are cheap, light weight and a lot easier to bend to a shape that you are looking for then round stock or rebar and if you mess up then they are a lot easier to rebend as well.
