Wow, looks really nice and clean. Any chance you've got some photos of the process, what you did, etc.? Maybe a little write-up?

I can get pictures of inside the doors. As far as more pictures I have them on my build page (I didn't want to double post). There are more pictures but not complete pictures....I get caught up working and forget to document along the way.

The setup is 2x4x3/16 box steel with dom tubing acting as spacers for a 1x2x1/8 outer frame. I cut the rocker just infront of the pinchweld on the bottom and just inside the door on top. Front I cut just behind the front fender and then all the way out into the wheel well in the rear. I then added 2x2 to the top of the 2x4 to act as a spacer in the rocker. Oncer everything was welded I removed the kick plates inside the doors and drilled several holes to access the rockers. I then filled the open space with Great Stuff to make everything water tight and add extra stiffness.

The build page has more detail. If you have any more questions feel free to ask

All I used was a chop saw and welder. I used a die grinder with a cutoff wheel to cut the panels.

I have more pictures on my build page. But it was pretty easy to do. the longest part was by far the welding the slider to the body. I would recommend using 2x6 or even 2x7 box steel so you can cut all the way back to the "frame" 2x4 only allows you to cut to the pinch weld...I still need to go get underside pictures.

I know I'll go do that now
