It's an Enerpac bender, picked it up used about 14 or 15 years ago. I really don't know where to buy them online but you can try googling Enerpac bender and see what you find. Ill see if there's a model number on mine tomorrow.

Well it warmed up to 35 today so I was able to finish up a really bad coat of paint on it and get it all mounted up properly and throw some d rings on. I also remounted my horns and trimmed some more sheetmetal that was hanging down. I have the tube bent and the ends capped for my side pieces, I just need to weld them on and then fit the support pieces which will go under them and the supports which will go to the hoop but it will probably be a little bit before I can get to that.

Mine is actually 7 inches high. I was going to use 6 inch channel but saw in a few bumper builds that people had to add on an inch or two to 6 inch channel when they added the winch. I actually had a universal winch channel mount from Harbor Freight lying around so I welded up all the extra holes and trimmed the corners to give it some shape and to meet it up with the side mounting plates. It measures 7 inches and will fit up to a 12k pound winch. I still need to cut a slot for the winch cable to pass through but I'm waiting till I pick up a winch. Depending on steel prices and what you have access to you could go with 7" plate for the front and a 2" piece on the top and bottom and just weld it all up as one piece. That was my plan as I could only get 6" or 8" channel locally but then I remembered this plate which is only like $35 from harbor freight so that might be an option for you too.
And use 3/16 plate but have the metal shop bend the front plate like a chanel 3" on top and bottom with the least amount on the face. And then weld up the brackets to it.

That should work out fine too, around here the prices on steel are crazy and some things I need to buy by full lengths so it was actually a lot cheaper to go with the plate then drop $80 on metal. It was just time consuming welding up all the extra holes. The only metal I have had to buy so far has been the side plates which where $16 and the d ring mounts which I got off ebay for $20 shipped and are really nice. I am going to have to pick up some more tube for the rest though.
