That has got to be the coolest paint job I've ever see on a cherokee. Great job man! Care to let us in on your secrets of how you did that with spray paint? It looks like some kind of air brush job. I'd really like to know know how the heck you did that kind of detail (tree trunk and the like) with rattle cans! Kudos.

I did use an airbrush. First covered the whole thing in OD green, then used sticks and leaves to spray over for the background and then used airbrush and a leaf stencil i made to do the trees. Last I coated with matte clear. Thanks for all the compliments I was kind of surprised it turned out like it did because when i started painting i had no idea what I was going to do. It started off in my head as Army camo but then I changed my mind.

I would love to have a paint job like that, but the only problem is I would be afraid to take it off-road and scratch it up. lol

Hey brother-

the jury is still out on the 3M rubberized undercoating I used in my box. I think it sealed up and covered real well, however it will not stay pretty for long. Any of those spray on liners are not real substantial, if I did it again, I would probably just buy a quart of the real stuff (linex, raptor, monstaliner, etc) and use that. I did my whole jeep in the Monstaliner, and other than my application skill and the fact that it was way to hot to try to apply it, I am happy with the way it came out... Hit me back and will be happy to give you more ideas... Nice paint job by the way!
