I got a Lund Moon visor at a junk yard in perfect condition for my Cherokee for $25 and I just got done making clear lenses for it. I made them from plexiglass. I figured it would look good and make my visor different from the rest. Check out my images to see pictures of them!

I like... i want one. :} Im seriously thinking of making a large oven and vacuum forming machine...want to make a few custom things..

If you have them downloaded here, then just copy and paste the IMG code in your post, and they will be visable. Then people don't have to go through all of the steps to see the pics, they will be in your post! HTH!!
