Yep.. someone with some time and very little money.. could make a set up to make flares real cheap.. and sell.. or custom snorkles... CUP HOLDERS that work LOL ... yep... hummmm..

well i dont have the time to make one.. So if anyone game for it.. maybe with help from otheres we could get something together..this AINT rocket science.. you heat it lay over a mold and suck the air out.. A gas or ele oven will work.. obviously not same one you cook with.. lol... a good shop vac i think will work but i think a a/v vacume pump with storage tank is the best...
any takers ? lol

I would love to do this, and trust me if I did, we would all have fender flares with style for the price of plastic and shipping.......but I live in a small apartment.

LOL well you could use the stove that heats the plastic to warm the small apt... :}And sit in living room and watch truck u and make flares... :}

i hate that there isn't enough after market support for our xj's that stuff isn't competitively priced and its 450 dollars for a set of fender flares. I'm flare-less right now and just waiting til i get popped for it from the local PD. there real *****ly around here
