Hey, when stuff happens, stuff happens. Don't kill yourself over these... We'll all still be here when you get them done (Hopefully). I can't wait to see what they look like when they're done though. Maybe you should sell your prototypes cheap... Even if they're not perfect, as long as they're still usable I'm sure somebody will buy them for the right price. Getting something for them is better than nothing

Snow and ice finally allowed me to get back to work. In a little bit I'll be making another set with the revised bends and see how they fit. All the hardware came in, s/s screws w/allen key heads, s/s lock nuts, and rubber washers to keep it sealed. I'll update with a pic in a few hours.

I can't wait to see the finished product =) you gonna sell it in those "fancy" bags you gotta rip open?? =D just remember... the way the item's packed for shipping says a lot about the seller. Make it look legit and you've got the customer on your side before they even install the product.

sorry for the delay guys, its been crazy around the shop lately and the big money projects take precedence. No offence but a $70k order of lights gets the fab time.

I've got a slightly new design that makes the bending easier on my end. Once I weld it, I'll powdercoat and take pics of a finished product this time. Hopefully everything will be nailed down early next week.

I'll package them in something, I dont think it'll be fancy. Keeps the cost down. Are you guys interested in having an instruction sheet? or is this simple enough to do yourselves?

I would hope people could figure it out thereselves, lol. Maybe a drilling template would be useful to some, I don't know though. I really wish I had the cash to buy a set but funds are really tight right now. I will definitely purchase a set when I can afford it though, I love the idea.

I ran pillar mounted lights on my fsbronco for a very short time. It was horrible. I had spot lights on the A pillars about 3-4inches up from the hood and when I turned the lights on, the light would light up the hood and make it hard to see anything because of the glare.

So Im just wondering, wouldnt it be the same on the Cherokee?

I have two kc's on each side of my rack, three on the back and the five kc's in front above my cab already light the hood. having ones on the pillars that i can roll down my windows and aim were I want would be very handy and far out way the extra hood glare...P.S. paint your hood flat black it helps with glare
