You gonna add tubeing inside frame so it don't collapse when tightening them

Or you can out a plate on the inside of the frame and sandwitch the frame to distribute the weight

Nice, I have never seen or heard of adding tubing the the unibody, but I thought most bumpers mount with a plate on both sides of the frame rail

And yes, I left the d-ring tabs at 3/8". The way the bumper is set up, I didn't think welding another plate or two onto the tabs would help much. Plus its not like I'm going to need to get yanked out much....right?

Installed Took a while to line everything up, but its on there and ain't comin' off Did a few pulls with the winch and took it for a drive; worked great and the bumper really stiffened up the front end. I could feel a noticeable firmness and responsiveness increase in the steering. I had taken some better pics with the camera but it decided not to load them tonight so we'll have to settle for a few junky cell pics for now.
