Well i was bored last night and i am tired of having all my swithces all over my jeep so i decided to make something where they were all together and then i thought, it would be cool to put then up top so i could switch em like an airplane kinda
1. Picture of material i used for the panel, all it is the angle iron with the drilled holes in it you can buy at lowes.
2. Picture of the material with the holes for my switches cut out, and if you notice it looks like it has a flat face with no holes in it, but i took some duck tape and put on the back of it and then filled the holes in with plumbers putty, then traced and cut out the holes for the switches.
3. Picture of where i decided it, i took off the litlle clip in parts for the sun visors, measured and cut the angle iron for it and in the end i wound up mounting them back up there with a longer screw and i put the angle iron on the outside of the mounts so that it had a good agle to flip the switches.
4. Picture of finished product
I still have to put my 4th switch on i didint have time to that day
5. I wired them by drilling through the headliner boared and running the wired from behind the switch panel into the headliner, and then i ran them outside by drilling a hole through the column on the passengers side door and then i meet them from the lights and from the battery under my hood so there wasnt any junctions of wires in hard to get places.

Nice concept... I may use a variation to that. I hate having switches everywhere, I think 6 of th metal toggle switches going up and down would do well. Thanks for the idea.

Ah yes i know i actually was in a hurry to get to work and i was like hmmm.... thats black! but i am goin to take it off maybe today and do it right, haha, the hardest part is gettin the wires run, i actually eventually am probably goin to redo it and put them straight up and down so i have more room.
