All of it was remnants (keeps costs down as it's $7 a cut) from a local steel yard. The bumper brackets are .25" while the rest of the bumper is 3/16's. The angle iron on the underside of the winch plate is 1.5".

If I do it won't be for awhile. I have Detours Tailbone setup and really like it so I'll be sticking with the stock rear for some time. If I ever do fab up a rear I'll let you know the cost

I'm putting TJ flares on this spring. If you look through the build pics you'll see I had them clamped on the fenders so I could match the edge of the bumper to the edge of the flares for both the length and width
